    Our exhibition will be held at Sovereign Sounds, a community-centered venue transitioning into a nonprofit model. This partnership aligns perfectly with our project's mission to uplift artists and support spaces dedicated to creative community building.

  • Building on Symmetry's mission of exploring diversity and unity through art, "What's Work?" challenges conventional narratives by spotlighting the dual lives of artists who balance creative practice with professional contributions to the arts ecosystem.

  • Working Artists

    Artists who currently work in administrative jobs and maintain an active creative practice.

    Requirements:

    • Currently employed in an administrative role

    • Must upload one qualifying document showing employment:

      • Pay stub

      • Employee ID badge photo

      • Work email screenshot

      • Job offer letter

      • HR verification letter

    Rising Artists

    College students and emerging artists participating in our mentorship program.

    Requirements:

    • Current college student OR recent graduate (within 2 years)

    • Must upload one qualifying document:

      • Student ID

      • Class schedule/enrollment verification

      • Transcript

      • Diploma (for recent graduates)
